Qigong

Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong
A comprehensive system developed by Professor Zhang Guangde, combining traditional Chinese healing knowledge with modern medical theory, in which the exercises are characterized by harmonizing gentle fluid movement of the body with systematic breathing. It also involves stimulation of key acupressure points in the body and enhances mental awareness. Clinical studies have proven this system to be effective in improving health, preventing, and healing many medical ailments without any side effects.

Ba duan Jing
Known as the Eight Brocades, this ancient Chinese health exercise has existed for over 800 years and has many variations. There are both sitting and standing forms, and the two styles: the Southern is gentle and health-oriented; and the Northern is more martial and vigorous. Professor Zhang's interpretation is based on the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Experience various styles and choose what works for you.
