cultivate qi. It is suitable for all styles and levels of Tai Chi
players. It can be practiced as a 2 person set as well. It is
internal and can be powerful. Can be used as a tool to develop
martial power.

Technique

Suitable for all styles
and levels of Tai Chi Sword players. For those who already practice
the sword, this will go back to basic techniques and participants
will acquire a deeper understanding of using the sword. For
beginners, this is a unique opportunity for a good start with the
sword.
Prerequisite – Knowledge
of a Tai Chi hand form.

Each Push Hand technique
can be explored on different levels. The workshop is suitable for
anyone with some Tai Chi experience. Come learn or fine tune your
push hands with Wudong. Have fun.

Enhance Your Tai Chi
with the 24 Form
Tuesday, August 12, 2008 –

Wudong will be using the
moves from the 24 Form as a tool to explain Tai Chi principles and
enhance your Tai Chi practice. Some Tai Chi experience needed and
knowledge of the 24 Form is an advantage.

The set has been developed
by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. It is becoming a
standardized version. It was created by Hua Tuo, as physical and
breathing exercises to cure diseases and strengthen the feet. This
workshop will explore one or two animals.
